1. How quickly will my order be delivered?
Order before 6 PM and your order will be shipped the same day, usually arriving the next business day (within the Netherlands).

2. What are the shipping costs?
We ship for free within the Netherlands. For Belgium and Germany, there are small shipping costs, which are visible at checkout.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! You have a 14-day return policy to exchange or return your purchase. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging.

4. How do I know which size to choose?
Use our size chart (see the top of the product page). If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.

5. Are the shorts/leggings squat-proof?
Yes, our items are 100% squat-proof . You don't have to worry about the fabric showing through during your workout.

6. Do the shorts ride up during exercise?
No! Thanks to the special stay-put fit and high-quality materials, our shorts and leggings stay perfectly in place.

7. How do I best wash my OELA items?
We recommend washing your items at 30 degrees Celsius, inside out , and not tumble drying. This will keep the colors and fit looking their best.

8. Can I pay later?
Yes, you can do this via Klarna at checkout.
