Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all delivered accessories, must be returned to OELA in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. To initiate a return, please contact us via the web form. We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided the returned product has been received in good condition.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. This means all items must be returned in the same condition as received; items must not be washed, damaged, worn, or show any signs of use.

Returning items is at your own cost and must be done in the original packaging. Within 14 days after we receive your return, we will process the refund. We may delay the refund until we have received the products or proof that they have been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Instructions:

1. Items
   Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing their original (price) tags are not eligible for return.

3. Post Office
   Drop off your return at your nearest post office and keep the shipping receipt until we confirm your return by email. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Refund
   Once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.

Important:
Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, we cannot process the return.
