Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Any import duties, import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified in the order. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information provided when ordering. In the event of an error in the contact details of the addressee, OELA cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the failure to deliver the order. Shipping issues may occur, OELA cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or unavoidable delay in delivery.
