Return Policy
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs to the webshop are for your own account.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to OELA with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via the web form.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products due to use other than what is necessary to assess the properties of the goods. This means that all items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them; items must not be washed, damaged, worn or worn.
Returning items is for your own account and must be returned in the original packaging! We will refund the cost of the items within 14 days of receipt of the return. We may delay your refund until we have received the product(s) or have proof that the products have been dispatched.
